Hi all, Hi Ted Wave There is already a lot of get-about info on thread linked below regards Coventry's 360 route. Coventry Transport, 100+ years I will sort out a sketch gram map route for you to have a look at. Thumbs up In the mean time, here is a blurred pic of Pam, living it up with a complementary cream tea at M&S today, very much in subject as this is at the Ricoh, site of the Arena, former gas works & on the route of the 360. Big grin

Hi all Wave Here is a diagram of the 360 route During the daytime, buses run constantly at half hour intervals. There are loads of good eating pubs on route. Wave Timetable

Didn't these used to be circular at some time? I dug one up whilst metal detecting many years ago..

Hi all Wave Until well after I left school, Coventry bus stops were circular in shape.

I had a very pleasant day riding the 360 bus round Coventry last week. Thanks for the information on points of interest on route. Here's a link to my blog which records my experiences.

I don't know why but I quite like the idea of trying a trip round on this 360 route. Can you use a bus pass?

Hi all & Hi Wimero, Any English issued bus pass is valid on the 360 circle route. I have to confess that I have never gone all the way around in one go. Three segments on three different days, I completed during its first week of operation. It's a long, over 2 hours, journey to do in one go. Wave

We did the 360 circuit last year. Although we both knew Coventry very well, it was interesting to be able to link up a few places which we had known in isolation previously. At that time we had to change buses at the hospital to continue our anti-clockwise journey as they were covering the route with two sets of buses both of which turned to retrace their routes. We ate at the Decks café in the Tesco complex and then caught an ongoing 360A to complete the trip.

Hi all Wave Public transport is still very convenient for me. I collected a couple of parcels from Argos in Shelton Square, (Argos provide a collection point for several on-line retailers) at ten this morning. A coffee stop at the Belgrade oiled the works & I was back home before mid-day. I was just sat down to enjoy a cuppa with Pam, when "Bing-bong", my phone msg to tell me that another parcel had arrived at Argos. So, at 12.15pm, I set off for a repeat trip, minus the coffee. I was back home for 13.20pm, & am typing on here. Now that can't be bad hey. Cheers PS There are no Coventry bus services on New Years Day.
