Hi all, Thank you for your suggestion, Anthony559. A welcome from me too. Yes, Derek is spot on with that. The pure dining area at the Earl is upstairs, with no lifts available. Downstairs is mixed eating & bar drinking, which makes pulling tables about a no go. Thank you Derek. Being blunt, that is the big issue at Cafe Italia. Only one fixed long banqueting table there.

Not for the government, it isn't. They have a reputation of being very good at "re-arranging the deckchairs"!

Hi Anthony! I find that it's easier to pick a date and ask who is up for it I've been thinking about a visit but March is busy for me and I haven't sorted a list for things to look at at the Herbert yet. A possible date is the 16th but after that I'm into April before I'm free again.

I would love to meet up with everybody again. Unfortunately I don't have any Saturdays free until 13th April!
