Pretty sure there are elements of the water features on show in the Herbert. I think there's some of the ornamental railings and part of the castings. Will try to get some photos next visit for here.

Can I mention the 'water feature' which was yesterday's storm? I was caught in it between the bus and home - exciting but very, very wet! Big grin

Do I recall a water feature / pond in Mattersons shop, on the ground floor as you went in on the right? Wink

Yes I remember it. I don't know if it was an example of a feature they sold, I think the design changed over time but maybe wrong about that.

Replying to the early posts in this thread here's an image of the two reliefs I took last year. They are indeed mounted on the outside wall of the Herbert.
