To be specific the VC series of registrations started in May 1929 and finished in 1931. Looking through my old membership lists of the Riley Register the one dated 1967 shows VC5918 still extant but no trace of it since.

I know some people don't like it but I think it looks quite majestic and MR, you have picked the best spots to capture it. It's a good foil for the pre war stuff. The picture looking down Trinity Street makes the group look like an ocean liner. The older buildings are not quite art deco era but the architecture in that style was supposed to look like they were elegant, cruise ships.

Wonder what all these futuristic buildings will look like in 60 years time!!
