Continued. There are books about people arriving from abroad to work in Coventry (eg Coming to Coventry) and a series of books based on the experiences of women in the city but I don't know anything specific about them. There might be something at the Coventry archives here but I'm not sure what words you should search for. There may be a forum out there about nurses or the NHS that might be more helpful.

According to Wikipedia the nurses home stood empty for a number of years, it could not be demolished as it is a listed building. In 2019 it was designated for students quarters.
