Maureen Brown

Does anyone remember Maureen Brown. I last saw her before I left England to work in Africa in 1959 when she was in the Courtaulds offices on the Foleshill Road. She was at the Commercial School 1947-48 and lived then on Bridgeman Road, Coundon. I returned to England briefly in 1963 before leaving again and moving here to Maple Bay on the Canadian Pacific Coast. She was planning to go to Germany then I think, and I would like to know if she ever did, and what subsequently became of her. Derrick H.

Hello Derrick. My era at Courtaulds started in 1965, so I am a little later than your enquiry. The reason for my post here is that her name rings a bell, (but it's my age I am sure).
