Are there are photos of the Chas Shadwell Orchestra that used to play at Coventry Theatre pre WWII at all? My uncle was a trumpet player in the orchestra. Would love to know more about it.

Hi Annie, I just did some Googling for images, and found a lovely large photo on the brilliant "Coventry we have lost" website.... http://www.thecoventrywehavelost.co.uk/streets-and-buildings/city-centre/charter.... You'll have to move along to the 16th picture, but it'll be worth it ! Thumbs up For a more general search, Google Image might have something further of interest... https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=Chas+Shadwell+Orchestra&num=20&newwindow=1&sou.... I hope you can find your uncle!
