Thought some might be interested of this history during the war or the schools themselves.

Thanks Morgana! I didn't actually attend Templars but there lots of useful information in there for my studies of the Westwood Parish area.

So glad the link is of help Pixrobin, I did notice it mentions Ten Shilling wood too Smile When we were kids my dad use to take us to Westwood Heath Club.

I think the Half Sovereign pub took its name from that wood. No idea what it's called now.
