The Danish censuses can be searched at familysearch.org. They are conducted every 5 years or so. There is a Carl Thomas Jorgensen born 16 Aug 1898 in the 1906 census at Copenhagen and a Thomas Carl born 16 Aug 1893 (suspicious accuracy) in the 1911 census same place. My internet connection is giving me 'Something went wrong' error messages here, you may have better luck in UK.

There is a marriage certificate 19th September 1881, Carl Thomas Jorgeson aged 25, Ship Broker, of Leighton Gorsey ? Son of Thomas Jorgeson, Pilot (maybe ship's pilot ?), Married Elizabeth Francis Brain, aged 23, of Camden Villas, Gipsey Hill, daughter of William Brain, Gentleman. William Brain is on the 1881 census as being 63. You may have this information already but if not I hope it helps.
