Time Machine / Travel back in time

Hi all, I feel the vibes of genuineness in this conversation. It's difficult for me to add my view point as it is so tied up with my faith. One definition of faith is believing without seeing, yet in my mind I'm seeing like never before. I am forced to leave that there. Thank you for your sentiments, Philip. A Time Machine, I would want to visit the past by just a few days and see that the latest disaster had never really happened. Other than that I am lost for words.

I would like to go back and talk to my grandparents, have a nice chat with them and then ask them what they knew about their grandparents. If we had known when we were young that we would be so interested in the past we could have saved ourselves so much time and head scratching doing our family trees.

Armed with so much info Anne, would that not trigger you into trying to go back further?
