Binley

Does anyone remember or know Starley Fields on RH side entering Binley, church on left, pub in front of you? Now covered over with houses in Ernesford Grange! I recall my elder brother's Birthday picnic, June 29th. We all rode bikes but I had a child saddle on my Dad's crossbar. There was a large tree we sat under with a rug spread out and had a picnic there. I assume the name derivation is from James Starley trying out his new machines from Coventry.
