Very happy memories of my time at this newly build Catholic School which I attended from 1955 to 1962. Despite their best efforts I'm a confirmed atheist these days! The school Hall was used for Mass on Sundays and we had to build the Altar every Friday from wood blocks! Lucky to avoid Mrs Rewhorns class! I remember the Gym in the Hall as massive but an anniversary visit about 15 years ago made me realise I was very small at the time. Mr GW Parker class was where I spent my last two years there. I didn't know it at the time be my career was shaped by him. I've tried to trace him on Ancestry.com to no avail. Probably long dead now so no real possibility of thanking him.
