Forum Breakfast Meet-ups

Hi Philip, I was disappointed to see the wet weather in Monaco. I hope it improves as we will be cruising around Italy, Spain and Corsica next week. I just happened to be in Coventry at about 9.30am on Saturday (holiday shopping) and wondered if you might be be Wetherspoons; so I went in and had a quick look round hoping to see you, so I could say hello. I was in disguise so you wouldn't have recognised me.

Hi Tricia, We do hope that you have a wonderful holiday. I was being driven to Rushden in Northants by my daughter-in-law on Saturday. Come back home please, refreshed ready to tackle the No.48 into Nuneaton on market day. Best wishes Philip, The team & members.

Hi all It was a delight to see some new faces at our breakfast meet this morning, in spite of the truly bank holiday weather. Thank you all for coming. This is where I view the internet world from in our lounge. I do have a small home-office which houses my printer coupled to a conventional pc, but this all-in-one pc is ideal where it is. I can watch our new tele' at the same time!

Well, I'm getting hungry, so a small group of us will be getting together for a chat and a breakfast in Wetherspoon's once again this Saturday 13th October. It's the one at the top of Trinity Street, the Flying Standard - or maybe still Timothy White's to some! If anyone fancies joining us for an hour or two, please pop in - it'll be lovely to meet you. Thank you Rob & Hi all, I hope that Wetherspoons still have porridge with maple syrup on the go. Pam & I enjoyed a bowl each, earlier in the year. Maple syrup now replaces Lyles syrup at home now.

Hi all. It was a lovely breakfast time. The eggs could not have been eggier, the bacon not baconier & my porridge could not have been porridgier. Brill, brill & brill.

Don't forget the Maple syrup!! It was great to meet you all this morning, an enjoyable morning. Will look forward to the next one. Martin.
