Hello,
This is not false patronage from me, a bloke with L plates.
That's the most comprehensive report on the subject of appendix & it's relative importance that I've ever read.
Thank you so much.

Hello,
It might even be Belgrade day today. It only happens when there's a W in the day of the week.
A beautiful lady, with a pushchair & baby got on the No 9 yesterday lunch time, she might even have been a young grandma, but with the pushchair, she occupied the pushchair provided seats. The bus filled up at Corporation St, on its way to Green Lane, including a man with a stick. The lady gave up her seat so stood next to the pushchair. I was sat at the back of the bus, so me standing was of little use as the pushchair wouldn't go where I was.
I got off the bus at the station, but audibly announced as I walked by, that when a beautiful lady & a big heart come together, what a cracker. I left her with my CV. 22 years old, 6'7" with minimum loss of hair.
I forgot to leave my address. |

Hi, busmeister, I need your help. I'll be in Coventry, staying at the Telegraph and I might have to visit an aunt at the George Eliot Hospital in Nuneaton. Is there a bus that goes to there from Pool Meadow. You travel far and wide on the buses and I thought you'd be the one to know. Thank you. |

Hello,
On way out this morning, I was chatting up my favourite local lady friend. All was ok until I called her Maureen, instead of Doreen.
Oh, dear.
That's put paid to that. |

The busmeister isn't concentrating try this. It's Trinity Street but that's not far from Pool Meadow and closer to the Telegraph building. Number 20. |

I can do much worse Phillip. I called on my late friend's widow to offer my condolences and sort out a few club finances. I called her Joan all morning and wrote "To Joan and family" on the sympathy card. Her name is Joyce. |

I called Rob, 'Steve' for ages. In my defence I had 3 Roberts in my life already and he doesn't look like the others. My Rob/Bob field was full. |

Looking at the timetable I'm guessing 'Nuneaton'. Some only go to Bedworth and even Foleshill, so avoid those but the Nuneaton ones go the George Eliot and the Bus Station. |

A number 20 bus will either have 'Nuneaton' or 'Bedworth' on the headboard. The route takes you straight up Foleshilll Rd, Longford Rd, Bedworth Rd and then through Bedworth and on to Nuneaton. This route is the old main road route to Bedworth and Nuneaton before the building of the Bedworth Bypass and Jimmy Hill Way in Coventry. |

Hello,
A fifth of all students fail in basic maths & English. One news outlet says 40%. That's nearly half.
Whilst ethnicity might have a bearing on English, mathematics is an international language of logic.
All we have heard from successive governments for half a century is that all our ills will be sorted by education, education & education.
What do we think? |

Putting my own pennyworth in,
I honestly believe that it's the first seven years of a child's education that sets their theme of learning. Most of that time the child is at home.
Folks that I know who are or have been in the education system describe the intake classes at age five, where even the basics of bodily functions haven't been mastered. |

From my experience, a lot depends on the quality of the teacher, and of course in my day there was discipline in the classroom. In the early 60's I went to tech for radio and telecom classes for two years, stopped when I did national service, signed up for tech classes again after national services. I attended class for a month but found them useless due to the behavior of some of the students disrupting the class. Could not concentrate on the lecturer. Gave up attending. |
