Pinley Gardens

Hi, looking for information about Pinley Gardens, my Dad was born in one of the Cottages in 1940 before moving into Carter Road, he said the cottages were by the railway line, any information, maps pictures etc would be brilliant. Thanks

I am also looking for information about Pinley Gardens. My great uncle lived in a disused railway carriage around 1924 on Folly Lane/ Pinley Gardens. I cannot find reference to this anywhere.
