Sorry, I don't as my source was Pinterest but suggest 1949/50. So far most views seem to be towards Trinity St. Yes, the loss of Hertford St was a loss to Coventry itself in my view!

Flowers for Godiva CircoColombia were doing some publicity photos for the City of Culture.

Prof, post 831 would have been about June 1949 for I believe the plinth was placed some two months before the Godiva statue in Oct 1949.

Yes Kaga, the Britain from above picture is dated 21st July 1949.

Hi Anne, I've just walked from the Belgrade, through Broadgate to my grandson's boozer, but it didn't look a bit like that. I mean Broadgate, not the boozer, but actually the boozer didn't either as that used to be a bank.

A new one to me. Not long before the Blitz. Thanks to my FB friend Dean Nelson.
