Helen/all - Rob, Steve and I were at it again at the Archives last Saturday. We found another copy of that negative above in post#209 that was clear and shows that southern end corner of Derby Lane with Pepper Lane from roof-level - but interesting nonetheless. Hopefully Ben will upload to the Cov Digi Wingrave album shortly. The other thing we noticed was the state of St Michaels from that era! It was terrible!

Hi folks. I've just upgraded to Windows 11 and I can't login to Coventry Digital. Are the two connected or is CD down today?

Hi all - yes Ben picked up CD was down when he was with us at the Archives. He reported/sorted now so should all be OK.

Rob, Ben and I ended up chatting about how we can promote the use of CD mainly Helen. Steve did manage to complete the Wingrave plates though. There was a better/clearer shot of Cow Lane similar to this one I hadn't seen before in the follow-on box, so they are next on the list to scan - Ben's also going to get those BoH reports out you wanted as the ones we were given on the day were dedicated ones regarding Sewerage. They had no pics but it was interesting to see the Engineer they recruited to do the works' amazing italic handwriting and his business address of 2a Pall Mall!

I had a similar chat with Ben, when I visited and have been writing up my thoughts. It was a bit hectic until I got home and last week it was too hot, so I didn't get as far as I'd have liked. It might make a good forum topic.
