Hughenden House / Grendon Close

Hi can anyone help? Me and my sisters are trying to find out any information on a house that used to exist called Hughendon House that would have been where Grendon Close, Tile Hill Village, now sits. We believe it could have been a hotel and reading on here previously maybe a house for pregnant women. Can anyone shed any more light or have any photos??? Thanks.

The 1963 planning application to demolish the hotel and build Grendon Close can be seen here. The spelling seems to be Hughenden.
