Hello,
STATS.
The average monthly rainfall, data gathered over the last 30 years, shows around 60mm, per month. It only varies slightly from that, up or down for every month.
I call that a thumb rule. The average never below 50mm, & never above 70mm.
That puts this year's monthly totals into context. In the wettest 36 hour period earlier this week, Coventry received around 50mm, virtually our average monthly total.
The current rain, Wednesday evening into Thursday morning, plus another load Thursday into Friday morning, will cause flooding particularly as the rivers swell flooding the river valley areas. |

Thank you Neal,
I do wish that I did have those powers.
You remind me of a man!
What man?
The man with the power.
What power?
The power of who do.
Who do?
You do!
What?
Remind me of a man. |
