Seen this before, but can't remember where Is it White Street, with Swanswell Park to the right? And the Hippodrome in the background?

Yes i would say the same myself, You can see Goodwins chimney on the left, and the Swanswell railings and water on the right

That pile of bricks had once been the Toby's Head! Once it was cleared it became a car park for many years.

I enjoyed that Foxcote, nice and clear. Did you notice at the start the chap with his pipe upside down?..

I am just on my second Brandy and Babycham and even I thought there was something a bit odd with the traditional procedure of smoking a pipe!

Glad you enjoyed it Foxcote, you saw it was Bill Owen, but the Mother was played by Sheila Mercer who played Mrs Sugden in the original Emmerdale Farm. Some great clips. The prefabs were Canley, and the old houses to be knocked down were in Cheylesmore
