Great site

What a great site this is, having found it about a week ago, I am working my way through which will take some time as it is full of information, facts, photo's and great memories. For all involved in putting it together and all the research it must have taken, you have done a first class job. I thank you and take my hat of to you.

Hi Thank you very much for that. It was all the idea of the founder, Rob. Like you, when I first came across it, I immediately came to the same conclusion. I was looking for an ancestors address. True to form the information arrived. Midland Red, Tony & I try to assist Rob in moderation, but valuably helped by many other members from near & far. You can be our south west correspondent if you like. You know, pasties, Kelly's ice cream & reduced costs for visiting Lands End. Hey! Mind you, I should not say too much about that, as it costs a few bob to visit our new cathedral. We are a living site, where we can see peoples memories & accounts of events. Sometimes we get it wrong, but then we are human, but bit by bit, the jigsaw puzzle of an issue comes together. My memory is dreadful sometimes & I am so pleased when I am put right by others on here. We have received quite an influx of new members lately & it is our (all of the long in the tooth members) I am sure, wish that all of our newcomers will enjoy sharing anything & everything related to Coventry.

Yes, keep all the info coming you lads and lassies because all of us 'under here' have come to rely on you for our/my evenings entertainment.

I too found this site about a week ago, I adore popping on here, finding out from the site and from the knowledgable folk who are on here.
