I was wondering if anybody was enjoying the ever growing list of jigsaw puzzles as much as I am, it is getting quite addictive for me. Whoever is putting them on please keep them coming. Thank you. |

It's good to know that you're enjoying them zigzag, a few members have uploaded lots of super photos now - anyone can do so once they're logged in. Any nice looking picture can make a good jigsaw - but not too many large areas of blue cloudless sky please - far too difficult to piece together!
And talking of difficult, following up another super suggestion from Johnnie Walker I've now made an option for members to choose different levels of difficulty. A button at the top of the jigsaw page lets you toggle between easy & hard - 'easy' is the same as we've all been used to so far - 'hard' splits the jigsaw into lots more smaller pieces. Get yer magnifying glasses out folks! |

A new toy for members to play with - which might even be useful. On the Forum fun time page there is a new link to a Weekday calculator, in which you can enter a date back in history (or the future) and find out what weekday it happened on. Have fun folks! |

I'm having a great time solving the jigsaws, especially using the small tiles. Great work to all the contributors, many thanks. |

For all those who are already stir crazy with the self-isolation, you might like to turn to the Forum's jigsaw section. I have just uploaded a particularly difficult one...

Hi Dreamtime
Go into "Forum Fun Time" from the left hand menu; Select the Jigsaw option; Scroll down to whichever picture takes your fancy (mine will be the last one); choose 50 or 180 pieces. Then when you get really cocky, you can have all the pieces rotated in the box to make it harder! Great way to kill time! True Blue Coventry Kid

Can you place eight draughts on the board so none are on the same line in any direction? Could take 1/4 an hour.

What is the next row of numbers?
I 'invented' this in the late 70's for a project ... it has all kinds of spin offs, which I will post if there is an interest. Some are most strange
