100% agree on the inverted commas Neil. I much prefer the original where the child's head wasn't replaced by an AI adults head and face. Although I will say, apart from the faces it is a well done AI interpretation and re-imagining of how it looked (I'm just not a fan of AI making up things).

I can only wonder if the little butcher in that photo who is about to slice me up is Mr. Dunn, the Foleshill butcher who I knew in His old age very well. He was a widow, employed a full time live-in house keeper, along with his disabled son. All now deceased.

Yes Luke I have mixed feelings about the recent influx of AI 'amended' material we're now seeing (apols for the slight topic variation here). Someone on FB has AI-animated some old pre-war imagery which is very clever but distorts factual representation so anything I do share will be clearly marked as done by AI so the viewer is aware (and to beware!)

That is the sad reality of AI usage in media today and in the future, and worth sharing and pointing out the flaws. There will be times when AI can be a true benefit, but todate, my experiences have been, "concerningly", very negative with image manipulation.

I notice that not only do the chequered tiles inside the shop vanish but bricks appear out of thin air at two locations on what were rendered walls. These changes are not improvements and change the honesty of the image.
