Hello, Saturday night at the movies & all that. Yet, I'm here at home. I've come across a YouTube recording of synthesized digital box version of Rolands X30 Synth. This is the sound that took me away from the cinema organ, as I was realising the flexibility of digital music, instead of the sampled patches that I was using with Haepwerk software. My comments are recorded from eleven years ago. The digital synth technology in its infancy here, is what fires my organ here at home. It's the box on the stand to the left of Jurgen that's generating all of the sound. The organ is basically a mother-keyboard. This will need Hi-Fi or earphones. Jurgen has provided backing tracks to literally dozens of blockbuster films. His distinct style you may recognise. He's rarely seen but often heard. X30 Roland by Jurgen Sadly, I've not heard from this fabulous performer in nearly ten years. None of us grow any younger.

Hello Anne, It's whatever you want, Anne. Both can be played from the organ, the piano coupled. As we have two guitar players, one a classical player, the piano on its own, being percussion, fails to compliment the guitars, so a soft pipe or string organ amplifies the guitars.

Hello, This was Christmas nearly 25 years ago. I had never owned a home organ in my life until 2015. I was piano & synth tech. The synths around the corner had a set of Roland Foot pedals. I miss that setup. The piano is in my chapel now, having been fully overhauled two years ago.

Hello, Happy Easter, I've received a fabulous gift that I didn't realise until in conversation with our classical guitar player, Andrew. On Friday evening, during communion, I was playing the most beautiful tune, "None other Lamb". I was able to warble-flute with the tips of my fingers. I've not been able to do that in 26 years. This doesn't mean a lot to none musicians but it's everything to a musician. The world famous romance pianist Semprini, had to hang his piano on the coat hanger when his dexterity disappeared. What can I say or add other than "Thank you Heavenly Father", HAPPY EASTER.

Hello, Of all of the oratorio or cantatas, this is my favourite, I've posted a link to this before. It's in my mind now, as so much that's going on in the world, not just the middle east. It's entertainment, the house was full for several evenings of each performance from Melbourne, in Australia. From Australia Please enjoy.
